Our luxurious Cinnamon Beach Condo is located in Palm Coast
Florida, midway between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach
and just an hour south of our hometown, Jacksonville, Fl. Here you'll
find one of Florida's quietest and most pristine beaches.

 Located within Ocean Hammock, Northeast Florida's most
prestigious oceanfront and golf community, our Cinnamon Beach
Condo has a true resort-like feel with 2 heated
pools,
seasonal poolside service,
fitness room,
kids splash zone and
so much more, not to mention 2 1/2 miles of
secluded private beach.
Our Vacation Home is among the
largest condos available at over 2000 square
feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Most
units only have 2 baths
(view floorplan).
Professionally decorated, you'll enjoy the relaxing
casual, coastal feel with a touch of
tropical elegance.
And then
there is the magnificent view that only
a Penthouse can offer. As a top-floor corner
unit, you get an immense sensation of space with airy
vaulted ceilings, plenty of windows and best of all - no
footsteps coming from above.
 There are two master bedroom suites, each with it's own bath and king
sized bed.
(You won't have to flip a coin to see who sleeps like a king).
The 3rd bedroom is furnished with the kids in mind with a twin over full bunk plus an
extra rollaway
bed. There's even a game table stocked with toys and puzzles.
The
adjacent bath makes the 3rd bedroom seem more like a suite.
All bedrooms feature
comfortable mattresses and their very own HDTV, DVD player and clock radio.
The spacious open floorplan means you'll almost never lose sight of the
ocean. The gourmet kitchen features new appliances (2009)
and glistening granite countertops plus an abundance of quality
cookware, dinnerware and utensils.
Dine on the darkwood
dining table with seagrass seating or choose the breakfast bar or the high-top
kitchen table with leather swivel stools.
 Enjoy
the living room's 42” LCD TV and
Blu-Ray DVD player
as you watch from the family-sized
wall-length custom-made sofa and chaise with ample
comfort for everyone. Elegant and practical plantation shutters let you
control sunbeams and sea breezes.
